Time to Ship
- In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Dyed-to-order items will be shipped within 2 weeks.
- Custom orders will be shipped within 3 days of order completion. Completion time will be communicated to the purchaser based on stock availability and complexity of order.
- Shipping for wholesale orders will be subject to shipping terms outlined in the wholesale terms and agreements.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 7-20 business days
United States: 3-7 business days
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Shipping speed varies based on courier availability.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. White Whisker Studios is not responsible for delays due to customs.
What items are returnable?
Any item that does not qualify as a "non-refundable" item (see below) may be returned for exchange or refund as long as they are:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition
What items are non-refundable?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, White Whisker Studios will not accept returns for:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Hand-care items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you are concerned about the condition of the product you are returning, please contact us before initiating a return.
How do I start a return?
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address in the required fields and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.
